Panelists will discuss their experience in conducting the “maiden voyage” in this relatively new approach to collaborative divorce. Discussion points that should be of interest to HCCP members are (a) how each professional priced his services; (b) how the meetings were structured to efficiently utilize each professional’s time; (c) how the clients were incentivized to be productive; (d) what specifically worked well; (e) what areas needed improvement; and (f) a summary of the major lessons learned. We also hope for an open discussion with all HCCP members attending on how best to market this approach as one collaborative team option being offered on our new HCCP website.
